Neuro orthotics help the individual to gain independence in activities of daily living, helps manage tone, addresses alignment issues and provides a stable base of support for the individual during the stance phase of gait/walking.

Orthotic devices for neurological conditions are varied depending on the intended purpose. For conditions like drop foot we have a wide range of off the shelf products but for more complex neurological conditions custom manufactured devices are often require ensuring comfort and function. These devices are often complex and require careful assessment and prescription together with a team of therapists with a special interest in this area of rehabilitation.
